WHY JESUS?

Here’s the thing: Jesus is awesome. Jesus also happens to be real. He’s not fictional. He’s not even just historical. He’s alive. And yes I’m telling you there is a God. I’m also telling you that he loves you. And then you say: “yeah but you don’t know me so you don’t know what you are on about”. I most likely do not know you but I promise you Jesus loves you. Yes even you. You are not the exception.

How can I be so sure? I meet with Him, I experience His love, He’s involved in my life. Being a Christian isn’t just going to heaven one day or going to church. Being a Christian is loving God because He loved me first, and He showed his love by sending His only son Jesus to take a bullet for me so I never had to be sick, or poor, or dead. You don’t have to be sick or poor or dead. You don’t have to be depressed, or unfulfilled, or alone, ever again. I’m not even exaggerating.

Jesus wants you to get to know him. Give him a chance. Try it out. Say this out loud to God:

“God I’m sorry I’ve been avoiding you, doing things my way, please get involved in my life. Take away all the pain and replace it with your love. Your son Jesus did die for me and I want to let him call the shots now.”
